OVERVIEW

This website is operated by The Eastern Prep LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

SECTION 1 – MEAL PLAN ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

All meal plan orders must be placed by Wednesday at 11:00 PM for delivery the following Sunday or Monday, or for pickup the following Sunday from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Cancellations must be submitted before the Wednesday 11:00 PM order deadline. Once the deadline has passed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order as your order will already be in preparation. To cancel, contact us at Theeasternprepllc@gmail.com. 

We do not offer refunds on prepared meals once an order has entered production. If there is an issue with your order (missing items, quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.

SECTION 2 – LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer local delivery to select zip codes in the greater Marietta, GA area. Delivery is available on Sundays and Mondays. Delivery fees and minimum order amounts vary by zone and are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

SECTION 3 – LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available Sundays only, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order. Contact us at 404-834-9993 with your estimated arrival time before coming in.

Unclaimed orders will not be refunded. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

SECTION 5 – FOOD ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredients before ordering. Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review ingredients.

SECTION 6 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
